Help Your Child To Stop Bedwetting
Many children wet their beds. You have to take some
time to listen to their fears and their concerns. We all know that
children of
all ages deserve clarification of what is happening to them. Nearly 70%
of kids hide their problems and they think something is wrong
with them. Children are usually embarrassed and disturbed when this
type of thing happens to them.
Bed-wetting usually occurs at
nighttime when most children between 5 to
6 years old don’t have command over their bladder. And the good thing
is that the bed wetting will stop without treatment as
the child gets older and older. If the bedwetting goes for an extended
period of time then the best solution of this problem is home
management. Kids don’t do it on purpose. Bed wetting is general in all
young children. Every child is special, not all children grow
and develop at the same rate, and bladder control is achieved at an
individual rate.
The children that have problems in wetting the bed are not doing this
on
their individual will. The reason behind it is that they are facing a
medical condition which causes them not to get warnings to go
to the bathroom. One more reason is, the child may be wetting the bed
is
because she or he is a very deep sleeper. Kids at this age group should
be looked after carefully so they can stay dry at night and properly
washed after the bed wetting. Different children achieve bladder
control at different age groups. Studys show that at the age of 6 years
most children stop this bedwetting process.
